Q&A Office Hours are one-hour sessions designed to answer questions related to the new Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) digital accessibility standards and provide practical guidance to support compliance and accessible user experiences. Whether working on web development, content creation, procurement, or digital strategy, these informal, drop-in sessions are an opportunity to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and better understand what the new standards mean for your department. 

We'll start with a short overview of what the standards really mean for everyday teaching: when you need captions, when a transcript is enough, and how to handle highly visual or live content. Then we'll move into a guided demo and hands-on time, focusing on easy wins like checking and cleaning up captions, adding simple media descriptions, and creating usable transcripts for audio.
